Custom/bespoke and Personalised Items

Custom-made, bespoke or personalised items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

Non Personalised Items

In the unlikely event of a faulty item, we can either exchange the product, or refund the total amount of the transaction following return and inspection of the faulty item. No items will be exchanged or refunded until the faulty item has been received, inspected and agreed to be faulty.

Any unwanted non-personalised items must be returned unworn, with all packaging complete and able to be resold as purchased condition. If the returned item is not in re-sellable condition, it will not be accepted for exchange unless faulty.

Any refunds made will be via the same method used for purchase.

A purchase of the incorrect size of an item does not qualify for a refund. You can however, subject to availability, exchange your item for a different size.

You have 28 days from receiving your order to communicate to us that there is a fault with your item.
